Ordering and Payments

All your personal information is treated with strict confidentiality and we will not sell or pass it on for any reason. We use this information for internal purposes only and to better understand our customers.

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our categories and products, and click on any items that you wish to buy. You can either view more information on a product by clicking ‘More Info’ or you can add it straight to your basket by clicking ‘Quick Buy’, selecting the amount and the clicking ‘Add to Basket’. After you have finished your selection, you will be taken to the basket page. Click on ‘Proceed’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments: If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We can only accept orders for delivery to UK addresses.
We accept Mastercard and Visa credit & debit cards and also ApplePay and GooglePay.
We do not accept American Express.

We do not accept payments by Paypal.

Order Tracking
Once you have placed your order you will receive an automated server order confirmation by return. Keep this safe as it will contain a unique order number which we will ask you for should you need to contact us.

Upon shipping your order you will receive a further email/SMS txt from our couriers (PARCELFORCE WORLDWIDE) advising you your order is on the way and giving you a unique parcel number and link which you can use to keep track of your parcels progress.You will also receive a delivery window. You will also receive options to amend this time slot should it be inconvenient. You will not however be able to redirect it to another address.

PAYMENTS – Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC).
We use TYL by NatWest to process your payments. A fully PSD2 compliant payment gateway provider using 3DS2 levels of authentication for bank grade security.

The ‘extra level of authentication’ in 3DS2 requires two of the following three bits of information to complete a transaction:

  • Something the consumer knows: OTP, SMS code, PIN, password, security question etc.
  • Something the consumer owns: Credit or debit card, key fob, mobile device, or wearable device etc.
  • Something the consumer is: Biometric data like a fingerprint, iris scan, facial or voice recognition.

So, if you already shop or bank online, you’ll probably be familiar with getting an authorisation code (‘c’ above) texted to your mobile (‘b’). If you tap your phone on a reader to pay, that has your fingerprint (‘a’) or password (‘c’) and is your registered device (‘b’). So  whilst 3DS2 sounds complicated, as a consumer chances are, you’re already doing it without knowing.

At no time do we have access to your credit card details which are processed in Tyls secure environment.

Please note: your card statement will show BEST IMPORTS LTD and NOT JB-UK as the transaction debitor.

VAT (tax)
VAT is inclusive in the prices shown. UK VAT rate is currently 20%

Order Cancellation Policy
By law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Each item must be returned to us in its original condition however. This means new, unused and complete unopened packaging fit for resale. If any Free gifts tied in with the order have been received these must also be returned.

Goods delivered will be required to be returned at your own expense* whereupon we’ll issue a refund direct to the purchaser’s card upon receipt.  This refund will include the original delivery charge only. You will be required to return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

*Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within 14 days of delivery and there has been no error on our part, nor are the goods faulty or damaged, we will refund only the cost of the item/s and the original delivery charge. We will not refund the cost of returning the item back to us.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders received but not yet shipped (refund in full) at our discretion.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

 14 Day Refund Policy
Use the Returns form & label included with your delivery following the simple instructions stated. If you lose this form please contact us on 0800 018 4416 for advice.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because items are damaged, defective or deemed not fit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your [reasonable] costs of returning it to us*.

*We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective, or after the 14 day cooling off period.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We will hold and process the information given at the time of ordering  in accordance with current GDPR guidelines
We will not share or pass on your details to any third parties other than that which is necessary to facilitate the purchase and subsequent delivery of your order.
